Oh! So it has to have 1700 band to work with Wind? Where can I get those then...? Seems like most of them on eBay are missing the 1700 band...
What about Rogers? Would that work? And others like Bell, Telus, Fido, Virgin, etc.?

Edit: Just looked it up and according to this http://faqs.windmobile.ca/customer/...lready-have-a-phone---can-i-bring-it-to-wind- it has to be AWS 1700/2100 band, on the eBay page it has 2100 band but I don't know if that's the same or not...

Primarily you need the 1700 band for winds / mobility 3G.

Only Rogers very first batch of black L920 was penta band.

Correction: all Rogers Lumia 920 devices have been pentaband, include AWS (1700/2100), and will therefore work on Wind Mobile and Mobilicity. The first batch of Rogers devices came SIM unlocked. The rest can be SIM unlocked by buying a code.

The more popular Lumia 920 devices on eBay are probably the ones sold for AT&T, and none of those support the AWS band. The 2100 MHz band, on its own, is *not* AWS - it is a European/Asian 3G band and is included on most North American smartphones and "world" phones for the purposes of overseas roaming.
