Is the noise canceling microphone supposed to be used when using voice commands? When I hold the Windows button for any voice commands, my 920 appears to hear me better when I'm speaking into the noise cancelling microphone. I thought the voice microphones were at the bottom, in the speakers of the phone (where you talk into)? I do not have the other problems people where having with the microphones, where people say others can't hear them, but when using voice commands the phone just can't hear me unless I'm speaking to the top MIC.

Is the sign of a defective Lumia 920...?

Yes it is definitely the top microphone that is being used when I'm speaking. Does that mean I have a detective Lumia, and will a hard reset fix this? Is it a hardware issue? That would suck if it is hardware because I am not on a contract, so I would have to buy a new Lumia myself.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I was going to try a hard reset, but the last time I did that my phone was stuck on the gears for hours.
