Lumia 720 jack out problem

I have a nokia 720 for one month now and i am facing problems with the jack out. I can only listen to music with my earphone in. Also calling is possible with speaker on or headphone. I read on the internet that this could be caused by the fact the phone thinks the earphone is always plugged in.

A solution could be by cleaning out the jack out with some (pressed air) or by pulling out earphones really fast when listening music. However those two things did not work. Does anyone else an another solution?

Have you tried a soft reset with the earphones not plugged in?

Hi,
I'm facing the same problem. I have tried the soft reset without earphones plugged in, but the problem doesn't seem to go away . Any other options?

This is a hardware problem, not software. Send it in for repairs. There are other threads on the same topic. Poor headphone jack build by Nokia.
