Nokia Collection not appearing in the Phone Store

I just bought a new Lumia 820 RM 826. I updated it to firmware 1308 straight away and then went ahead and logged in with my Indian microsoft account.

On opening the store on the phone, it does not show the Nokia collection link. Only shows Apps and Games. Is there something I am missing!! I haven't yet inserted a sim into the phone.

Also anyone know how to update the RM 826 to firmware version 1314?

The nokia forum suggested trying the following. Also to check your country settings and make sure they are correct. You aren't the only one this has happened to apparently.

1. Go to the Xbox tile and wait until your profile has been loaded and updated (your avatar appears on the screen).
2. Go back to Marketplace and Nokia collection should be available again.

Thanks. It worked. I am still trying to figure out if I can get it to update it to 1314
