I replaced my nokia lumia 920 battery and now it wont charge?!

I replaced my nokia lumia 920 battery and now it wont charge, i didn't do anything crazy or really disconnect anything, any possibilities why it won't charge? it still turns on.

Make sure your USB port is connected properly.

What was the reason for changing the battery?

Let us know if you figure it out. I am thinking about changing my battery. I only get 6-7 hours max out of it without even hardly doing anything. Nothing running in the background.

well i dropped my phone in a pool, and i took it out t then did all the methods the internet tells you to do when you get your phone wet. But when i would go to turn on my phone it would signal dead battery, so i got a new battery and turned and and worked fine until it died, im not sure how to make sure if the usb port is connected correctly
