Cost of repairing cracked screen

Today I dropped and stepped on my 720!! Its a slippery little sucker being a glossy white one! Anyway I went to my local phone shop to see how much to replace the screen...cost $360+au so I ordered a new one at $399au just seems the cost of repair are fairly high but on the plus side at least iam adding to the sales of window and Nokia phones so despite the lost of my fav phone I will have a new one next week. Just wish the 1020 was available to buy now

Holy frucker, that's a darn high price for such a screen.. I think you'd get the 1020 on contract for a lower price than the new screen for your 720, haha .

HTC 8x'es are even cheaper to repair!

I got a quote because there was a cheap one with a broken screen on eBay, and that was $230 to repair the screen!

Have dropped this phone a hundred time and has never broken but this time just bad luck step on it to and a rock was under it on the screen side so bang cracked screen...but have to say is an awesome phone not as good as 920 or the newer ones but can hold all my music on SD card so happy with that

Ok got my replacement 720 today yay...now what to do with this 925??? As in my opinion the 720 is a much better phone dispite it only have 8gb on board memory and lower specs...yes yes the 925 is an awesome phone but it just doesn't have the staying power the 720 has which goes all day playing music through my bose portable thingy on the job site
