So I've tried all methods not involving the programs on the computer and now I'm on my comp. I've downloaded Navifirm and NCS, but NCS requires a login, and it does not have any options in the Product Support Tool for Store other than "Firmware repository for Care" and Navifirm load up, but does not get any information, rather it says that I have an "Unsupported Method" and under products it is shown as <null>. Anyone care to hold my hand and see where I can go with recovering my 920 from here?
