Problem lumia 720

Hi guys, I'm having a little problem with my lumia 720, when he arrives in 4% battery it shuts down, I have to put to charge, and he is about 5 minutes a symbol appearing with the battery charger in the middle, then he league and starts charging from 6%, is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. The phone is trying to preserve its last juice and when you connect it has to get to a certain level for the phone to start functioning again.

Hello,
After Amber update on my Lumia 720 i am not getting app update notification in store. Though when i open that app in store i can see the update.
Is anybody else facing this issue? Any fix for this?

1) Unpin store tile
2) Clear IE Cache
3) Soft Reset
4) Repin Store tile

Note: Store checks for updates every 24hrs. So keep patience.
