920 not appearing on Computer or Windows Phone App (Windows 7)

For some reason my 920 is not appearing on my Computer or recognised by Windows Phone app.

I can see it in Device Manager but under properties for the phone name under Portable Devices status says, "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". I've updated the driver but to no avail.

Not sure what has changed as the phone was happily recognised last week.

Any ideas ?

Have you tried using a different USB cable, perhaps the one provided with the phone?

The phone chimes and charges when when connected via USB. It also appears in Device Manager. Would this not indicate the cable is functioning correctly. ?

Nokia Care Live Chat weren't able to offer much in terms of a solution either.

Am currently resetting my phone. Will let you know if this resolves the issue...
