build quality of wireless charging shell cc 3041

I bought a wireless charging shell cc 3041. The build quality of the shell is a serious question here. I Dropped it from a height of a feet or so
the shell was seriously damaged at the corners and now the phone makes a weird sound when it vibrates , which is very annoying. The original shell that the phone came with feels a lot more solid and has taken a couple of hits with no visible damage. Will write to nokia abt the build quality. Anybody else having issues with the wireless charging shell?

I'm sorry to hear that your charging shell seems to be unsatisfactory.

Please let us know what Nokia says once you contact them.

The red one I got seems to be more sturdy than the normal one.. Its a mm or 2 thicker and that allows me to keep it on the table without having to worry about scratching the camera lens.. Hopefully Nokia would so something about yours

Nope, I have dropped my L820 with the cyan wireless charging shell (which is significantly thicker than the glossy stock shell) from chest height, dropped on concrete. Not a single scratch except for the screen protector, which I just had to replace.
