letters in list of apps

hi guys

i want to remove these things . i want the list without these letters
how can i do this

You can't, these letters appear when your app list exceeds something like 40 or so apps, there designed for quick access to your app list so you don't have to scroll so much, just tap the letter and list will jump to all apps that start with that letter
