nokia lumia 720 gets heated up while charging or while using 2/3apps,help!!!

Its been only a mnth, n i hv been noticing dat my phn gets heated up while charging or while using 2/3apps together
What should be done?

Usually, this is normal if the device gets slightly warm, but if it gets really hot, then there is an issue with either the motherboard or the apps you are using. May I know which apps/games were you using when this occurred?

The phone will get hot when charging because the battery is being stressed (probably wrong word) but this heat occurs with every other battery powered device when you charge it.
It will get hot when in some apps because the processor is being stressed, this is normal.
Only worry if the device becomes too hot to hold.

It gets really hot while i listen to music while charging ,
Plus i was using watsapp n listening to music plus browsing on d net when it got realy heated up

But its been a month,, n i had no such problm earlier its been only two or three days now
And i guess d batry was stressed d same way earlier to ,so why now all d heat?
