Side buttons quality ?

Its less than a month and the power button has gone too 'soft' Is the quality really this bad or I have a faulty unit ?

The button are not that great of quality. Make sure that power button is seated properly in the shell. Has it just sits in it and when you push the button it press down on the actual power button.

As mentioned, check if the case is seated properly and carefully - it can take a bit of skill!

New official shells are also easy to buy (in the UK anyway) so you could always buy a new one, test it and if fine you may just have a faulty original shell which I guess Nokia would replace.
