Nokia Lumia 1020 from MSFT store & ATT unlocking [My Experience]

I unlocked my 920 through a chat with AT&T, but I canot find it to do the same with my 1020, can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi! I bought an AT&T Lumia 1020 without contract at a Windows Store last week, but have left the USA without being able to get the unlock code from AT&T (They wouldn't give it to me as I did not have an account there).
Does anyone know a way to unlock it? I have 2 phones of the same (one for me and one for my sister)
The only way I can think of is have someone with an AT&T account in the USA to unlock the phone for me. Can anybody help me with that?

Same here, need help too! I put My 1020 IMEI in the unlock request and this message appears: "Currently, this device cannot be unlocked"

what they do is 100 % illegal. sorry, 1,000,000,000,000,000 % illegal
They can not keep the phone locked while we paid full price for it.
I keep calling them every day until i get my 1020 unlock code. They will give up first.
post it every where, every day, on their facebook, every where tou could.
And don't forget: WE HATE AT&T ! ! !

You probably bet now that better option was to spend $100 more and get an unlocked one with Negri !!!
