Has the GDR2 update improved performance?

With my current 920, I notice a bit of lag now and again when opening apps during the tile opening animation. With the GDR2 update, has Microsoft smoothed out this issue?

I do not believe that GDR2 has been released yet by Rogers for the 920.

Is most of your storage filled up?, because it gets slower when you use alot of space

I'll have children by the time Rogers even gives a release date for GDR2
