Is it Possible to Turn off LTE data and reduce to 4G or 3G?

I am noticing my Internet Sharing works on 4G or Edge, but LTE Kills it.

Before WP8, there used to be settings to turn off High Speed but I can't seem to find them in WP8

Any ideas?

Running: Unlocked AT&T USA Yellow on T-Mobile USA

Settings > Mobile Network > Highest connection speed.

That option is not showing on the Lumia 1020 settings..

Thanks - I had thought of that, but my cellular settings menu doesn't include Highest Connection Speed.
