Multiple Issues In Nokia Lumia 620

Hi,

I am facing lot of issues in in my Lumia 620.

1.) Sometime mobile will switch off automatically and after that switch ON button will not work until battery is removed.

2.) The app updates are not working. I have to check updates manually for all application. There is no notification available for updates on store icon.

3.) I am unable to customized the ringtones. Even i used Nokia ringtone maker but same thing is happening. Nokia ringtone allows me to save and set it as default ringtone, but ringtone will be never changed.

You may be having an OS problem when it shuts down suddenly. Have you tried to do a factory reset of the phone yet?

I don't do ringtone customization, so I am sorry I can't help you there.

Regarding point no. 2, the store will try to update every 12hours. CMIIW

screen blank issue exists in other lumias too,I think it will be addressed in GDR2,use PC to customize ringtones,put any music of your choice into ringtones folder

When you say the store won't update apps; have you got data connection or WiFi on at all times?

If not, then that's why your store isn't showing updates, as it shows updates at a certain time of day.

Hi,

Yes, i agree with your point. My phone will be always on data connection or Wi Fi, still i am not getting the updates. It was happening before , but from last few month i am facing this problem.
