Hello.
A week ago, my 820 decided to freeze on the lock screen.

Nothing was respoding so i decided to take out the battery.
When i put it back in, it wouldn't turn on, and there was nothing i could do.

I tried doing all kinds of resets, changing the battery, plugging it to the PC, but nothing solved my problem.

So, i brought it to the Nokia Center in my city and after some days of tries, they told me that the only thing i could do was sending it to Nokia who would replace the motherboard with a new one.

So here's my problem.
My phone (i bought it brand new from a good Ebay seller around 8 months ago) is the model reserved to the Asian market. In particular, it has the "Hong Kong" words in the serial number and device information.
The Nokia Center told me that i should send it to the Hong Kong's Nokia where its warranty is effective, because Nokia Europe's warranty doesn't cover the phones reserved to the asian market.

But how do i do it? How can i send my phone in a place where its warranty is effective if i don't know how to contact Nokia China (and i don't know Chinese)?

Thanks in advance.
