ATT 1020 Satisfaction Survey Flaws

Thought it was humorous that they ask about Windows Phone feature satisfaction yet the features they list are for Windows 8. They also referred to Windows Phone 8 as the "new" operating system on a few occasions.

Geez that's a pretty bad mistake. But I think MS deserves some of the blame. "Windows 8" vs. "Windows Phone 8" is poor naming. Many elements of the two OS's are very similar, yet there are still major differences. They seem to want to converge things but they aren't taking it all the way ... yet? I can totally see how this would be confusing to people who aren't that tech-savvy or just don't give a crap.
