how to install nokia software updater

Guys, please help. I have a L920, which I sync to my Sony laptop. I am trying to install Nokia Software updater for Retail 3.0.8, but the application keeps telling that I have to install Microsoft Visual 2005. I have done that, bu I still get the same response. Anybody with ideas of how to go round this. I have tried to remove all other nokia installations like the updater for my old N97 and even nokia pc suite itself, but with no success.

I think the files, which are said to be installed by the NSUfR installer are different. Copy the provided link and install the downloaded file, it should go smoothly afterwards, it went in my case. Otherwise, try downloading this NSUfR installer, which will automatically update to 3.0.8: CLiCK
