Phone heating abnormally

My 520 gets heated abnormally when I browse the internet or play games. The region near the camera lens on the back of the phone gets extremely hot. Is it normal or should it be cured somehow? If it needs to be mended, then how?

It looks like Lumias tend to get very hot from time to time. You can try to switch off everything unnecessary that uses GPS (send location info to MS etc). Switch off useless background tasks and features.

Is this heating experienced by other users as well or am I the only unlucky one out here?

It's normal for most lumias to get heated when running intensive apps.

Picked up this device today and instantly got the same thing as you in the same area. I just chalk it up to the processor working hard and it's small (the processor). My 822 got warm from time to time as well

Yea, it does get uncomfortably hot when web surfing or when used as a GPS, more so than many other phones I've had.
