Lumia 620 Browser not responsive?

Got GDR2 on my lumia 620 and the browser is mutch better then in the previus firmware,

But there is this delay when you scroll the browser slowly, Theres no delay in the OS only in the browser.

Someone more notice this?

Hi Mint which country ur from ? im from india . If ur from india by which means u have updated to GDR2 .
What r the pros n cons of update ?
Is this the official update ?
