My mobile gets freezes at today morning at 9:39am. Mobile heated more than 45 degree celcius. I went to to nokia care. They told me you have to kept ur mobile for 3 days to get what is the reason behind the heating....:unhappy: :crying:..
What is the reason ??
I m only whatsapp user and playing games like temple run, dredd vs zombie max for 30 mins only
I am using 2g net and wifi at home.
Listing song for half an hour.
Charged my mobile 2and half hour after reaching at 10%.

Has Nokia Care said that you should bring the device back in 3 days? Did they offer any suggestions?

They told me to submit my phone.Yestarday i submitted.
They check the mobile. For what reason mobile gets heated.

Can I asked him for replacement of the problem is not solved ? coz i already go their for 3 tymes for same reason.
If yes can i change the colour of phone black to white in replacement??
