2. 1430 mAh (BL-5J battery)
3. If my 620 is anything to go by, 3 straight hours on HSPA with very heavy usage. Regular usage brings 9 hours on HSPA.

2) Have you experienced any problems with it?

1/2: While I don't have a GMail Account, and recommend getting an outlook.com account, it is possible to have a perfectly synced GMail account. Bear in mind, though, that the settings may not allow you to sync as items come (for that, you change them.)
3: Yes, you can get Viber, and there are also a lot of video players in the Store.
4. Nope. Nada. Niente.

My biggest issue with the phone is the lack of notifications, you'll see that as a complaint against all Windows Phones, though. Oddly, one of my bigger complaints about the phone is the lack of a compass -- not a huge deal, but when using maps or navigation the phone doesn't know which direction you are pointing unless you are moving. Mostly, I'm impressed at how well it works for a cheap phone.

I'll admit that my daily driver is still my Galaxy Nexus but I'm really enjoying the Windows Phone. While I miss features like a flash for the camera, the camera software is much better on the Nokia. With navigation, I like how the Nokia shows speed limits. The Nokia also improves on one of my major complaints about the Galaxy Nexus, that the speaker is not nearly loud enough (the Nokia has great sound volume through the speaker); though my issue Windows Phones is that they only have a single volume control (not separate volumes for Ringtones, Alarms, and Music/Games). The L520 is just a great phone for the price.
