Can't connect to visual voicemail.

My 920 VVM quit working several weeks ago. Keeps asking me to enter my vm password.
The phone shows ?syncing?..?
While the phone is ?syncing?.? I can briefly see my visual voicemail (1-2 seconds)
Then I get ?Can?t connect to visual voicemail? ? this happens so fast it took me several times to figure out what it said.
Then it asks me to enter my voicemail password again.

I have :
1) reset my phone
2) reset my vm password
3) reset my phone
4) checked for updates
5) reset my phone
6) talked to the local ATT rep.
7) ATT rep reset my pone
8) Turned my VM password off
9) reset my phone
10) Turned my VM password on

I run a small business and I get a lot of voicemails and really miss this feature.

Any help will be appreciated.

I would get on the phone with AT&T Customer Care - or go to an AT&T store and stand in front of a rep - and not let them go until you've got your VM back. Unless your phone all of a sudden decided to sh*t the bed, it's probably going to be an AT&T issue. All of my VVM issues have been AT&T issues.
