No reason. I just clearly stated that I cancelled the airtime contract within 7 days and as per contract, you shouldn't have to pay the remaining airtime cost. Adviced to stop the bank direct debit.

Though someone mentioned that you can cancel the airtime anytime not just within 7 days.

To be clear, with O2 Refresh you can cancel the airtime plan at any time once you pay off the phone plan. 7 days is irrelevant.

I didn't give a reason because I didn't have to. The terms and conditions are clear.

I did the same when the guy asked why I wanted to cancel I said there's no reason in particular
