How Can I Check if my Windows Phone is Refurbished or Factory-New (Nokia lumia 920)

Hey,
Im going to buy the lumia 920 and the price that the store gave to me sounds little too much *cheap*
So i want to confirm that the phone is Factory-new and not Refurbished while im buying the phone.

How can i do that?
There's any kind of code? can the store block the code?

Who is the vendor? How much did they quote you? Was this price on or off contract?

The problem is that im not from USA.
It is very normal to sell here Factory unlocked phones and thats what I want to buy..
So i was wondering if is there any function in the phone that can tell how much time the phone was in use or something like it so i can know whether the phone is new or used.

That I am not sure of, but if it comes in retail packaging, is in new condition and comes with a factory warranty, I personally wouldn't be too hesitant.

Perhaps someone else can shed some more light on it though, good luck!

No. it's talk hours : min. : sec.

The counter actually counts the total time of your phone calls. Its hours:minutes:seconds

Wow, 400 hours. That seems like a bit of time. I've had my phone since the Lumia 928 came out and I've only talked 18 hours and 22 minutes. Granted, I don't talk on the phone a bunch. If it has 400 hours on it, then you know it works well don't you?

I talk about 20-30 hours per month min. I am at 951 hours for my 920, and I have had it since around launch.

So ideally, a phone bought from an official store should be 00:00:00 right? I am still a little confused as to what those numbers are? Is it a simple call counter?
