Lumia 820 amber auto brightness problem

Hi,

I am facing issue with my Lumia 820 of automatic brightness.

Tried Setting --> brightness --> choose Automatic adjust On and back to different screen and again come on Setting --> brightness --> Automatic adjust is OFF now.

And other thing I hv notice is glance on my phone is not working. When i turn it on to "always on" and i press power button to turn off screen the glance on show for a short 2 second and disappear and after i not able to disabled glance. u hv to restart the phone to turn of glance.

Please let me know if there is any anything i can do.

Is your proximity sensor always covered? I'm guessing that the problem's with the proximity and ambient light sensor. A soft reset should fix that.

Either that or you send it for repair.

Proximity sensor is not covered.. And I hv done hard and soft reset. Was working ok before amber. :( any way thanks mate
