I asked a friend of mine who is actually legally blind and she couldn't see the difference.

Is that some sort of a mean joke? hahaha
You mean a blind person can't see minute details in a photo? Get OUT! :winktongue:

EDIT...is it a joke on the thread title? What is actually "legally blind"?

Guys, in scene 1, phone 2 has to be the 1020. Look at the "use crosswalk" sign.

Not sure. Phone 5 has a wider camera lens and the picture was taken at a different angle. Remove the leaves and the text may be just as clear. Also, remember they allegedly used the L1020's 5MP images but scaled all pictures to 13MP. That should give any phone with a 13MP sensor an instant advantage, as they aren't rescaled at all, whereas the L1020's images are first scaled down to 5MP and then back up to 13MP.

I personally think that the test is pretty crappy. You're saying 3 pictures determine camera quality here, and we don't even know:

A. How knowledgeable about the subject the presenter is, so
B. How well the camera settings were tweaked for each device, meaning
C. If these photos are the best you can do in those scenarios.

Oh, and that third test is a joke. There's so much shaking of the hands I almost get motion sickness from looking at the images, haha.
