    Does a class 10 Memory card support Lumia 820 ??

    Yes, Class 10 means the max speed the card supports, and it will work.

    Although a slower card like a class 6 is an option

    Actually, class 10 is the MIN speed that the card can use, not the max. The 820 is very picky with fast large cards. Get a Samsung branded card if you want to be sure it will work without glitches, especially when it gets quite full.
