Nothing official yet but from the specs, I believe it will be priced similar to the 1020 at launch and then will be reduced after 3-4 months.

Guessing the price to be 699 euros here is quite easy. That's the price of Note 3 and the launch price of Lumia 1020, though that dropped fast to 630.
Lumia 1520 looks to have more expensive hardware to Note 3 thanks to that larger screen, battery and camera sensor (that might even have OIS).
So who knows, could even be 720 euros on launch here.

personally , based on hands-on with my friends samsung devices, i think samsung's high end product's build quality is a joke compared to Apple or High End Nokia devices.. so if its true that Lumia 1520 have more expensive hardware compared to Note3 then that i can easily believe =D =D =D

Imo Apple has pretty damn good build quality. Sure the screen are quite brake happy, but the fit and finish is impressive.
Samsung is great at packaging amazing hardware into a really compact package. GS4 being the dominant flagship in the globe, it seems to be the way people prefer it. When I'm paying +550 euros on my smartphones I like the device to feel like that. Weight is often a positive for me.
