Post-GDR2 Reception Problems

Upgraded to GDR2 on AT&T this morning after getting the notification last night. Ever since, I've been having serious reception issues. In my room, for example, where I've never had problems, I can't call/send texts or use the browser or anything without WiFi. The phone itself is displaying full signal with LTE, which is even more frustrating.

Anyone else have similar issues?

I was having problems, but just rebooting my phone solved them. This happened right after the upgrade to both GDR2 and GDR3 (which I downloaded this morning). I hope this helps!

My reception actually seems better..
