OTA does not work

Hi I have Lumia 920 got it from UAE, I have OTA several times, every time it stucks at spinning gear, I have go to nokia care to reinstall the software

What should be the issue?

What should be the issue?

If you are going to nokia care, tell them to install/flash the correct firmware for your country(check your extras+info)
download Nokia software updater retail 4.1.0 and install and open it and click "my device doesn't boot up"
after that connect your device and follow the instructions.
Size will be greater than 1.2GB {complete OS}
I will not recommend you to use NSU

Thanks, but my phone is from Dubai and have India software is this the problem?
