Zoomed in video recording vibrating

Has anyone else had problems with recording videos while fully zoomed in? It's like part of the image is shaking, especially for moving parts (people walking around, etc).

because you are zoomed in digitally, the pixels are enlarged so camera is magnified

I don't think you understand. It's like when (sometimes) when moving parts (like people come into the camera, they sort of get stuck, and go back and forth, even after the person has moved away from the camera.
