macro setting doesn't work

I dropped my phone from my car and now the macro setting doesn't work. and it doesn't autofocus. I have warranty except I did the gdr3 update. lol...:unhappysweat:

Are you sure the macro setting doesn't work? The 1020 has about a 12 cm range before it can focus lock because of it's f2.2 aperture, as opposed to the 920's f2.0 where it can focus lock within about 6 cm distance.
Try pulling back a little and try to auto focus lock from further away.
