Serious Lag for FB Messages

Okay, I've unlinked and relinked my MS and FB accounts, but still experience serious lag in getting messages from facebook chat.
Anyone else experiencing this?
It's almost as bad as the delay in logging into the Obamacare website.

I've hard reset my phone, and am currently on GDR3...

It happens on both wifi and T-Mobile signal...

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this is a common problem, and I don't think there are any fix to it :unhappy:

There are always some delays, sometimes 1-2 minutes, sometimes more, 7-10. The only time they come instant is when you also have facebook opened in browser on pc. But if you type from there you never get your own messages sent from PC into the phone, only the ones sent to you for which you keep getting notifications even if you are replying to them from the PC. That's a little silly but that is way chat works for now.
It usually helps if you refresh online list (opening chat tile and swipe to contact list not messages). Most of the times this brings up delayed messages.
