Nokia lumia frozen with nokia symbol.....plzzzz help

my nokia lumia 720 is almost 6 months old....today i accidently switched off my ohone when i recieved an sms,when i tried to restart it,the screen got stuck with the nokia symbol,i tried the volume down+power button reset,but since the volume down button is not working like most lumia 720s.....it is stuck at the nokia symbol screen....plzz,need help,anyone can give me a solution?????thnx

Put it on charge, let it charge for like 30 minutes and try the soft reset after 30 mins.

Try to use Nokia Software Updater and try to connect using phone is not booting up mode

i did what u said....but its still stuck at the nokia symbol screen....

just wait for the battery to drain and you will be good to go.and if the problem persists get an update..
