System settings with old and new settings

Hello all,

So I bought a L925 yesterday and all fine till I start making the updates.
I updated to amber then preview dev and I have both settings in my settings system...

As you can in that screenshot I have old "ecr?" settings and the new ones.
The thing is I can't set some of the features because when I set in touch+screen he does a different thing in touch.

So this is a case for factory reset?
Some one have experienced this before and know how to solve it?

Looks like a bad update (Preview version might have bugs). Backup and factory reset
