The Ativ S Neo will be at AT&T in a couple weeks, will it be received better than it's current offering?

It's really hard to tell. It will be interesting to see, since only Nokia device are really selling at that point. It will be interesting to see if a Samsung Windows Phone sells well at AT&T.
