How do I erase/format/reboot my Nokia/Verizon 928 cellphone?

Would anyone be able to share how I erase/format/reboot my Nokia/Verizon 928 cellphone? In other words I have to turn my phone back in to the company I work for and I want to remove/erase all my personal information.

The best way to do this in my experience, thus avoiding the spinning gears screen getting stuck, is to use the button combo method.

Turn off the phone then press and hold the volume down button. Continue to hold the volume down whilst connecting to a wall charger until an exclamation mark appears on screen. You can now release the volume button.

Now press the following buttons in this exact order:

Volume UP
Volume DOWN
Power
Volume DOWN.

The phone will now reboot into the spinning gears screen and will stay on this screen for several minutes (depending upon how much storage space was being used) then it will reboot to factory defaults and an out of the box state.
