What you do with 32gb storage ?

Hi,

I am new to WP phone . In android i used to save a lot of docs and movies and also few games .

But the main use of my phone is to store a lot of docs.

In WP i cant do that as it lags some features.

How do you store other things on your storage ?

The folder which i create are not accessible and also docs which i am sending to phone are not able to see via readers .

by docs, do you mean Microsoft word? If so its under the app called 'office' its built into your WP and can't be deleted

I think he means access file system via SD card.

You can connect you WP via USB to your computer, and transfer docs. and pdfs to the "Documents" folder to store them on the device if you don't want to use Skydrive or some other cloud based solution. Afterwards you can access all those files from the Office Hub.
