Lumia 720 - No color, only greyscale

Folks - I recently got a lumia 720 and upon charging/turning on the phone I realized the screen doesn't seem to show any color. Every thing in the phone is grey scaled, including the camera when taking pictures. Has anyone seems this before?

Do you have accessibility options selected? It sounds like you have something set up for use if one has a visual impairment.

No accessibility options selected, however I was rechecked the phone for software updates and after running through the update it seems to have resolved the issue. I now have color as expected, thanks!
