considering buying a Lumia 925 , a few questions

I really like the design and looks of the Lumia 925 but the main reason I am a bit hesitated to grab myself one is storage is 16GB enough for pics music games and apps ?? And does it lag at all ? I really want to buy it , but afraid of storage issue's

I've never had an issue with lag at all.

As for storage - if you want to use it as your primary music player, you might run out of space. Look at the size of the music/movie library you want to tote around and it should be pretty easy to determine if 16GB is enough. Personally, I don't use my phone for music because a) I still love my Zune HD for that task and b) I don't want to drain my phone battery.

Its actually 16-2 (system files) - 14gig

The 925 its a great phone as far as storage go it all depends on the size of your music library and other uses that may take a big chunk of those 14gb.

Me personally I don't store any playlist on my phone except for my workout playlist I stream everything else from Xbox music or Pandora and keep all my pictures stored on SkyDrive.

Lag is a no. WindowsPhone8 does not lag.

Storage wise, - Skydrive.
