Developer preview is the official gdr3 update. The version number is the same on the few devices that have received GDR3 OTA.

if its of any help, just think of it as exactly the same thing, but 2-3 weeks earlier for dev or what have you.

Hi. I just checked and GDR3 is available for download in South Africa though I'll only download it when I'm on a WiFi connection with sufficient data. ����

and the reason i answered in a broad way is because i already know there are no FW updates that are blocked by GDR3 :smile:

let's hope for the best. the data posted on the wpcentral news showed a more updated software version/firmware version than i have with dev preview.

i have change the register to "PhoneMobileOperatorName"="000-AT" a few weeks to install the gdr2.
today i received the update to gdr3

OS: 8.0.10517.150
Firmware: 2210.12.12.3
Hardware: 15.15.1.0
Radio fw: 2210.12.12.2
radio hw: 0.0.0.800
Bootloader: 12.12.20.17
SOC: 1.5.32
