How is the 1020 for one hand use?

I am coming from a 3.5 inch screen Nokia N8, I expect the one hand use to be worse on the 1020, but I am not sure if I will be able to get used to the bigger size.

I did try a friend's galaxy s4 and I struggled to touch the top edges of the screen with one hand.

I personally think its terrific. The edges are smooth the phone is light and the camera hump is a delightful place to rest your index finger on. :)

Is say to play it safe, dont go bigger than 4.3" even that is a little too big for ME...personally I wouldn't get anything bigger than a 4"

Best is to go to a nearby shop that has it on display and get some hands on before you decide to buy it, if the one hand use is a big deal for you. You can't get an accurate answer from people because each persons hands are different.

I came from a 4 inch iPhone 5 and do find the 1020 a little on the large side. Camera hump is a nice finger rest that helps support the phone when using one handed. Like previous comments i would say pop down to a local shop to test it out in the flesh.

I use a 920, which is different in that it lacks the camera hump, but has the same 4.5" display.

its serviceable in one-hand, just a bit awkward every now and then. If one-handed use is paramount, going a bit smaller may be desired.
The best thing would be to go test drive it yourself in person
