Lumia 920 last update errors plz help

I just updated the phone and its says its up to date. I got new features but when i lock my screen now its not black but now it shows time and some stripes that come out from the number like the screen is going crazy.When i dont touch the phone for sometimes the stripes go away but when i just open the phone and click on any app and lock screen again it shows the stripes poping from the clock. Plz help me

Got to Settings > Glance and turn it off. See if this helps.

there is no glance at settings i went to display and touch and it wasnt there to dont know what to do
