Change Lock Screen Photo

I saw that someone referenced that the Lock Screen photo can be changed, but I am unable to find out how. Could someone tell me ? The theme section has only a color selection.

Find the photo you want. Tap the 3 dots on bottom right corner. Choose "use as wallpaper". Your picture is then brought up and then you can change the centering. Tap the check mark.
Your photo is now on the lock screen.

2. Choose your photo, open it
3. Click on three dots (...)
4. Select "set as lock screen" option

The "real" lock screen option is in settings>lock screen. Tap the box at the top should have "photo" as default, unless you've already gave permission to another app already.
Tap that box, choose photo, if you have too, the select choose photo.

Certain apps such as Weather Flow will change your lock screen pic for ya. You pick the folder and it will change about every half an hour.
