Glance settings do not appear to me

hi i just bought a lumia 720, which was already the actulizacion amber.
but the problem is that I can not find how to disable settings screen and activate glance nor double touch unlock.
Anyone know how to fix this??

Make sure all the system apps are up to date. Glance settings and Call filter settings appear only after updating Extras+Info. Use SysApp Pusher app to update all system apps and more

Double tap to unlock is not available for the Lumia 720
