charging problem.

My phone is just 15 day old..and it has charging problem it takes too much time to charge before it didnot takes much time.i visited nokia care they can not find issue problem.i think it is not charger isse..please suggest me I m very disappointed.

How long does it take? Are you using a standard USB cable or a charging USB cable?

Yes..it takes even 12 hours to full charge and at the time of charging it even degrades instead. Of charging.

Try different charger maybe your charger is broken
