Settings - Storage Management menu option in Amber Update?

Hello 520 users

I just got a 520 and wanted to ask if the Storage Management option was available to anyone after updating their phone. This would allow you to manage the cache which is otherwise just thrown into the "Other" category of storage space usage. I have tried searching and it is difficult to separate generic amber updates with phone-specific ones so i could not find anything.

Just an FYI: I had initially synced the phone to three computers' Windows Phone apps (a PC and mac at home, and another mac at work) and found that the "other" section had grown to 2GB. Then I went back onto each computer and "ignored" the device through the app and it went down to ~600MB. The 3rd party cache cleaner apps seem to work by filling space and then restarting the phone so part of me feels like i should not worry about it and just let the phone manage the space automatically. The only time it might be an issue is if you are almost out of space and maybe try to shoot a long video.
